FSX JR DPF Cleaning System™

Low-Volume, Heavy-Duty DPF & DOC Cleaning System

The FSX JR DPF Cleaning System contains all of the equipment needed for cleaning DPFs. Excellent for smaller diesel service providers, truck dealers, and fleets.

The FSX JR DPF Cleaning System is specifically recommended for Class 7 & 8 trucks and low-volume shops cleaning up to 4 filters per 8-hour shift with a 10HP compressor with air dryer. For medium shop volume, a larger air compressor can be utilized to increase volume to 6 – 8 DPFs per 8-hour shift. Our pneumatic cleaning machines have set the industry standard for cleaning these filters.

Note: to clean DPFs longer than 26.5”, like medium-duty International trucks or buses with Maxxforce engines, see FSX Complete DPF Cleaning System.

FSX TrapBlaster JR™

Pneumatic DPF Cleaner

The FSX TrapBlaster JR is a low-volume pneumatic cleaning machine that uses FSX patented bi-directional scanning air knives to clean diesel particulate filters (DPF) and diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC). FSX pneumatic cleaning machines have set the industry standard for cleaning filters. The FSX TrapBlaster JR tests and detects damaged filters within the first two minutes of operation. Bypass detection is unique to FSX Equipment. The FSX TrapBlaster JR cleans up to 99% of the soot and ash out of the filter. This machine has a built-in dust collector that uses a two-stage filtration system including a HEPA filter to remove hazardous particulates from the air.

FSX TrapBurner™ 8

DPF Thermal Regenerator

The FSX TrapBurner 8 is a thermal cleaning machine used to burn away any remaining soot left in the filter after pneumatic cleaning and loosen any remaining ash. It is used as a secondary cleaning stage or Stage 2 Cleaning. The FSX TrapBurner 8 can process up to 3 DPFs. FSX TrapBurner 8 safely heats the filters to OEM specifications and leaves the filter looking new.

FSX TrapTester™

Airflow Test Bench

The FSX TrapTester™ is an airflow test bench used to measure cleaning success on DPFs. It measures airflow/backpressure at each stage of the cleaning process and is trusted by original engine manufacturers (OEM) and reputable dealers nationwide. The FSX TrapTester™ is the international standard for measuring filter effectiveness and cleaning efficiency. The FSX TrapTester™ also serves as a handy workbench for inspection, pin gauging, and recording data.

A published list of flow baselines is included with the FSX TrapTester™ that provide pressure ranges with pass/fail criteria.

If you have space and/or budget constraints, check out the FSX Flow N’ Go—a portable flow tester that’s a great alternative to the TrapTester™.
