FSX TrapBlaster™
Pneumatic DPF Cleaner
The FSX TrapBlaster™ Family is a collection of high-volume Stage 1 pneumatic cleaning machines that effectively use patented bi-directional scanning air knives to clean diesel particulate filters (DPF) and diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC). Our pneumatic cleaning machines have set the industry standard. The FSX TrapBlaster™7 and TrapBlaster™ XL, detect damaged filters within the first two minutes of operation. Bypass detection is unique to FSX Equipment. These pneumatic cleaners remove up to 99% of the soot and ash from DPF and DOC filters.
FSX SootSucker™
Dust Collector
The FSX SootSucker™2 captures soot and ash removed from the DPF or DOC and drops the waste into an easy-to-empty 5-gallon bucket. The two-stage filtration system uses a primary and HEPA filter to remove hazardous particles from the air.

Airflow Test Bench
The FSX TrapTester™ is an airflow test bench used to measure cleaning success on DPFs. It measures airflow/backpressure at every stage of the cleaning process and is trusted by original engine manufacturers (OEM) and reputable dealers nationwide. The FSX TrapTester™ is the international standard for measuring filter effectiveness and cleaning efficiency.
FSX TrapBurner™
DPF Thermal Regenerator
The FSX TrapBurner™ 8 and 10 are thermal cleaning machines used to burn away any remaining soot left in the filter after pneumatic cleaning and loosen any remaining ash. It is used as a secondary cleaning stage or Stage 2 cleaning. The FSX TrapBurner™ 10 can process up to 4 heavy-duty DPFs simultaneously, and the FSX TrapBurner™ 8 can process up to 3 heavy-duty DPFs. The FSX TrapBurner™ 8 and 10 safely heat the filters to OEM specifications and leave the filter looking new.
