FSX Heavy-Duty DPF Wet Cleaning System
High-Volume, Heavy-Duty DPF & DOC Cleaning System
#1 OEM-recommended diesel particulate filter cleaning equipment in the world!
The FSX Heavy Duty DPF Wet Cleaning System contains all of the equipment needed for wet cleaning DPFs. Excellent for large diesel service providers, truck dealers, and fleets. The FSX Heavy Duty DPF Wet Cleaning System used in conjunction with the FSX Complete DPF Cleaning System is specifically recommended for high-volume service providers interested in providing reconditioning level cleaning to customers.
The 3 stages of DPF cleaning:
STAGE 1 – high pressure air (TrapBlaster 7 or XL)
STAGE 2 – thermal cleaning (TrapBurner 8 or 10)
STAGE 3 – wet cleaning (TrapRinser)
About 95% of all DPFs will be completed using the first two stages of cleaning.
However, about 3 – 5% of DPFs cannot be recovered with Pneumatic and/or Thermal cleaning due to severely hardened ash plugs, scale, or chemical contaminants in the Catalytic wash coat.
When the first two stages of cleaning are insufficient, a reconditioning center is needed, the Stage 3 Wet Cleaning will recondition filters to like-new.

The chemicals soften and dissolve deposits allowing the FSX TrapRinser to clean at a professional level.
FSX TrapRinser™
DPF Wet Cleaner

The touchscreen controls allow the operator to customize cleaning. Bi-directional air and water knives clean each cell of the filter. This machine flushes softened ash out of filters after they have been chemically treated in the FSX TrapSoak
