Whether 1 or 100,000 filters need to be cleaned, FSX provides reconditioning services to meet those needs. FSX does not charge for filters that are defective or “red tags” and does provide a recycling system for these filters. Having a partnership with Skyline and Dinex means FSX has the unique opportunity to provide any new OEM-quality filters that may be needed along the way.

OEM REMAN Cleaning

High Volume

FSX Reconditioning operates the largest OEM reconditioning center for DPF, DOC, EGR coolers, and SCR. Throughout the process, FSX Reconditioning provides repairs, testing, pneumatic, thermal, and chemical cleaning. Filters processed at FSX are returned with a ‘like-new’ appearance and customizable brand labels.

Fleet REMAN Cleaning

Medium-High Volume

FSX Reconditioning uses the same state-of-the-art processes for remanufacturing filters in fleets as it does for the OEM REMAN Cleaning. Filters subjected to this cleaning process are met with the highest cleaning service on the market. FSX Reconditioning provides repairs, testing, pneumatic, thermal, and chemical cleaning.

Industrial Filter Cleaning

Low Volume

FSX Inc. cleans round cartridge style and flat-panel style paper filters used in dust collectors. FSX Inc. uses both pneumatic and vacuum cleaning methods for cleaning industrial filters. These processes can remove a large percentage of dust. Paper filters are checked for leakages. FSX Inc. will provide minor repairs needed whether it is gaskets, screens, and pleats.

Pick-up and delivery services are available in the Puget Sound region of the Pacific Northwest.

Local Fleet Services

FSX Inc. works with local fleets to provide comprehensive filter cleaning services. The FSX Facility reconditions DPFs, DOCs, SCRs, and EGR coolers. FSX Inc. provides repairs, testing, pneumatic, thermal, and chemical cleaning throughout the process.

Walk-in/Drop Off

Local filter cleaning at FSX Inc. provides daily and weekly pick-up and delivery run throughout Puget Sound and Eastern Washington. FSX Inc. also accepts walk-in filter drop-offs with a 24-hour turnaround.
